3. Sharing Your Information
When you are matched with a cleaner, we share your name, phone number, and service address with that cleaner so they can complete the booking. We do not share your payment details with cleaners — payments are processed securely through our platform.
4. Data Retention
We retain your booking records for as long as necessary to provide our service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant payment providers and is never stored on our servers.
